When does my facility need an environmental audit?
Category 2 and 3 facilities submit an environmental audit study every three years, linked to renewing the operating permit.
What happens if an inspection has findings?
The Center asks for a corrective plan after the inspection results and reviews it. We help you prepare it and address the findings.
Does a factory have to measure its emissions?
Yes. The Air Quality Regulation requires continuous emission monitoring for the sources it lists and annual measurements on all stacks for other sources, with results for major sources submitted to the Center within 40 working days.
